Kyotherm is an investment company specialized in financing renewable heat and energy efficiency projects for industrial companies (ArcelorMittal, Forvia, etc.). Kyotherm provides a tailor-made financing adapted to the operational risks of the projects, with an investment ranging from €1M to €200M. Kyotherm’s portfolio consists of 40 projects spread over 120 sites and 11 countries worldwide.

To accelerate decarbonisation, SOFIAC supports French economic players and invests to enable them to acquire more resilient and efficient industrial or tertiary assets (equipment, machinery, renewable energy installations, etc.) as part of operations that are fully repaid by energy savings.
