With the global Net Zero 2050 targets, 2030 marks a first milestone for European industry.
With this in mind, 2025 appears to be a pivotal year, marking a real milestone and representing a mid-point for the entire sector: where do we stand on the eve of 2030?
Through this third edition of the ALLICE conference, ‘Decarbonising industry: ramping up for 2030 and beyond!’, our aim is to take stock and highlight high-impact projects and innovative technologies that will help European manufacturers embark on their decarbonisation journey. We wish to encourage them by providing technical, economic and innovative solutions so that they can maintain their momentum towards carbon neutrality.
Deadline for submission of papers: 14 March 2025 to the following email address: programme.congress@alliance-allice.com
Papers will be selected on the basis of the following criteria:
- The project’s impact in terms of CO₂ emissions within an industrial site, its replicability across a sector, and its impact on resources…
- The innovative nature of the project
- The potential for industrial applications
- Quantitative performance indicators to measure the project’s impact (tonnes of CO₂ avoided per euro invested, etc.)
- Priority will be given to case studies presented by industry operators
- Alignment with the programme’s objectives
The objectives of the 2025 programme:
- To understand all the levers for decarbonisation and draw up a suitable roadmap,
- Discover projects making an impact across Europe,
- To find out about energy-efficiency solutions and the funding opportunities available to implement them,
- To incorporate the principles of eco-design and circularity into its industry,
- Taking action on one’s energy mix,
- Building links between the factory and its local area,
- To explore the new economic models that are emerging in response to the challenges of the energy transition.
