A look back at the ALLICE Members’ Club event on 18 June 2026: a day of discussion on industrial and climate issues!
The ALLICE Members’ Club brought its members together on 18 June for a day of in-depth group discussions on the forthcoming research topics to be undertaken by ALLICE in 2027.

The morning began with an update on the latest news from ALLICE, highlighted in particular by the sneak preview of its new visual identity – which will soon be unveiled to the entire network – as well as the website redesign project.
Members were also given an update on the progress of the ALLICE 2026 studies, a review of the promotional activities carried out in connection with this work, and a focus on the PRODICEE programme, of which ALLICE is a co-organiser.
The new members – Lemon Energy, John Cockerill, Cascadya and EON – then took the floor during a pitch session, giving each of them the opportunity to present their activities.
A presentation on the topic of adaptation:
One of the highlights of the day focused on adapting to climate change, with a presentation by Maxime Kagely, co-founder of Rong Yi Solutions. His presentation, which was both informative and highly practical, provided a better understanding of future climate changes, the risks associated with inaction, and the practical steps needed to implement an adaptation strategy.
Hands-on workshops:
Discussions continued in the afternoon with four participatory workshops focusing on ALLICE’s future work and the following topics for discussion:

- How can the issue of adapting to climate change be addressed within ALLICE?
- Which topics should be prioritised when updating and expanding on existing work?
- Which decarbonisation technologies and high-performance decarbonisation processes should ALLICE investigate?
- What issues and challenges are our members currently facing?
A presentation on the PACTE Industrie programme also highlighted the latest opportunities to benefit from bespoke support to accelerate transition and performance initiatives.
Thank you to all our participants – we look forward to seeing you on 17 November in Paris for the next ALLICE Members’ Club event!
